William Gibson and Bruce Sterling first envisioned the digital future, a vision which massively influenced the design and image of the cultural body of the Sci-Fi subgenre Cyberpunk. Motion pictures like Blade Runner, Akira, Ghost in the Shell or Matrix are foundations of this visual culture.
