Gore Lordz Pt. 4

Part four of our collaboration series

When we arrived at the Aeromigos Jam we expected a huge collabo wall with many artists. So it was with the little difference that my mate Niklas and me hat a 7meter high wall and mostly just a ladder and just a day time. Therefore we used the night and painted until dawn and short after continued.

The spirit of the Jam was great, positive vibrations with many other great artists. Much respect to the Aeromigos boys for organizing and inviting us!

Painted electric boxes

Some fresh paintings I’ve done recently.

The beach seat was a commission, while the other two were part of a larger project. The project ‘Unter Strom – Hans-Böckler-Platz meets Street Art’ was a admission free workshop whereas the participants painted 13 of those boxes. The leading topic was to depict characteristics of any kind of the City Mülheim/Ruhr.

The abstract thing started with the ground plan of the site where the ensemble of painted boxes are located.

The eyes with the cat toilet alongside the quote are a reference to a well-known comedian coming from that city.
